NOTES
- * - Service fee covers travel expenses and technician labor to travel to your location. This is non-refundable, and is charged even if no service is provided. Waived if any service is ordered.
- ** - Costs for Networking is base cost for a SOHO (Small Office Home Office) environment. For larger setups / advanced requirements, please contact us for a quote.
- All Service charges are based on 2 hours worth of labor (except for General Diagnostics which is based on one hour). If a service call goes beyond this timeframe, labor will be billed at $60/hr rounded up to the nearest hour.
- Any parts, equipment, or media required to perform services is charged separately from the service itself. This does not include technician tools and media (such as diagnostic tools).
- We only perform service for Windows operating systems (XP and later). Linux and MacOS systems are not covered. We do not perform any repairs or service for cellphones, gaming consoles, TVs, or other computer systems.
